8 THE CONTRIBUTORS RINA ROSENBERG is a practicing psychotherapist. In the past she has taught in the M. A. program of the Department of Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. JACOBUS SCHONEVELD has been serving, since 1980, as the General Secretary of the International Council of Christians and Jews at the Martin Buber House in Heppenheim, Federal Republic. His doctoral dissertation entitled, The Bible in Israeli Education: A Study of Approaches to the Hebrew Bible and its Teaching Israeli Educational Literature was presented to the University of Leyden in the Netherlands, and was based on research undertaken at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. ABRAHAM J. TANNENBAUM is professor ( emeritus) of education and psychol-ogy at the Teachers College of Columbia University.
