Customers who have purchased more then   150.00   worth of digital books are entitled to First Class FREE delivery on CD by USPS.

What is micropayment surcharge?
This extra   $0.50   charge is applied when the bank's fee for clearing our customers' credit cards becomes disproportionately large. Customers purchasing   $10.00   or more are entitled surcharge-free transaction.

How do I remove items from my cart?
